Yesterday in a uproar it was announced A Day To Remember was suing Victory Records. Victory have released a statement on the entire situation you can read above.Readers and Music Fans from around the glove thought due to previous stories from other bands who were signed to Victory Records, the ADTR lawsuit was over money owed to the band. THIS IS NOT THE CASE. The band wants to leave the label to go Major, and Victory is saying they have not fulfilled their 5 album deal. What do you guys think?I’ll be following the story throughout the process. Follow on Twitter/Facebook for updates and Youtube for some video interviews.-Patrick WalfordTwitterFacebookYoutube

The Dangerous Summer Cancel All Tour Dates Until December 16th; A Loss For Words to fill their spot on the Hit The Lights Fall Tour?Ah, fall touring season! In less than two weeks we’ve seen a band cancel a entire 6 week American tour less than 10 days out due to their vocalist getting arrested. Over the weekend, The Dangerous Summer apparently got into a fight in Chicago and have dropped their direct support spot on the Hit The Lights Fall Tour. The Dangerous Summer released a statement this weekend in regards to dropping off their tour with Hit The Lights. After TDS released a statement, HTL responded  even offering to fill in for the band if needed or let AJ travel with HTL and play acoustically on the entire tour. While all of this drama was unfolding, A Loss For Words announced on a Stickam Chat less than 2 days ago that they would be filling in for The Dangerous Summer on this tour. It is expected the band will be announcing the dates they are on later this week. Possible it’s just the last half of dates, not 100% yet. If they were going to be on most of the tour, one would have to think they’ll need to jump in by the end of the week. We’ll have to wait and see!Be sure to follow Rock The Walls on Twitter and FacebookHere are the dates below: Oct 31 –Toledo, OH – Frankies
